Delivery

How long does it take to ship?

We want you to be able to enjoy your spores as soon as possible. That is why we offer to deliver your package within 5-7 business days from payment with our standard shipping option, and 3-5 business days from payment with our thermal shipping option. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

How much does shipping cost?

The fee for standard shipping is $10.99, and $14.99 for thermal shipping. We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $49.

What kinds of delivery options do you offer?

We ship to the USA. Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep or any address you prefer. Once your order is confirmed and on its way to you, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your package at all times. We offer two shipping options: Standard shipping for $9.99 or Thermal, expedited shipping for $14.99.

How do I find my tracking number?

We’ll send you an email with your USPS tracking number within 5 business days of your order being paid. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case it got filtered there. If you don’t see the email or accidentally deleted it, don’t worry! Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with your name or email and order number, and we’ll resend the tracking information to you.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’d be happy to help you change the shipping address. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with the details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA. Your order will arrive directly to your mailbox, or any other address you choose (excluding those within the states of CA, ID, & GA). Once the courier confirms your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email including a link to track your order.

Payments

Why don’t I see any payment options?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to CA, ID, and GA at the time of this writing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long does payment take to process?

Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take anywhere from 24 hours up to 1 week to process. This is because the transaction process goes through a number of steps to get from one bank account to another:

  • CashApp/Zelle/Venmo: payments are processed the next business day. If it’s been over 1 business day, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
  • Crypto: payments are processed the next business day. If it’s been over 1 business day, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
  • Credit Card: Most credit card payments will show up in our system within 1-2 business days from the day it is taken from your account.
  • ACH: payments take 3-5 business days to process (not including weekends).

Why do I still receive ‘payment pending’ emails?

If you’ve recently made a payment and are still receiving “payment pending” emails, please be patient with us. Our finance team is working as quickly as possible to process payments. These are just reminder emails, so don’t worry if you’ve already paid. They will stop once your payment is confirmed.

If you’ve already placed an order and are waiting for a status update, don’t worry! Your order is in the queue and will be shipped as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

My spores arrived damaged, what can I do?

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name, email, and photos of the issue (if relevant), and our team will do our best to make things right for you. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Can I cancel my order if I’ve already paid?

If you’ve already paid and need to make a change or cancel your order, just send us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please include your order number and full name in the email, and let us know what you’d like to do. Please note that we can only make changes or cancellations if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Are magic mushroom strains really that different?

Yes! Just like any other organism, each strain of psilocybin mushroom has its own unique makeup. This means that each strain can have different effects on the body and mind. Some people find that certain strains are more potent than others, while some people find that certain strains produce different types of hallucinations.

The risk of contamination amongst different strains also varies. Some strains, like B+ mushrooms, are more resistant to contaminants than others.

Why do some strains cost more than others?

The price of our spores is based on the market and production costs. Some strains are more popular and may cost more. Additionally, some strains are harder to produce (drop fewer spores) and this will also affect the price.

How do I choose my strain?

If you’re not sure which strain to choose, here are some things to consider:

  • Potency: Different strains may have different levels of psilocybin or psilocin, which can affect their potency. 
  • Productivity: Researchers may be interested in studying high-yielding strains that could maximize the output when the fungus enters a fruiting stage.
  • Beginner-friendly: If you’re new to this, you might prefer a strain that is easy to work with and has a lower risk of contamination.
