If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name, and photos of the issue (if relevant), and our team will do our best to make things right for you. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to help. Please include all details of your order (i.e. order number and full name) in the email, and the amendment you’d like to make. Any amendments, including cancellation, can only be made if your order hasn’t been prepared yet.
