What is the status of my payment?

We’ve got you covered when it comes to payments! Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours from time of payment to process. This is because the transaction process goes through a number of steps to get from one bank account to another:

• Pay by Card: payments are processed the same business day. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation email.
• Pay by ACH: payments may take up to 3 business days to process. If has been longer than that and you have no received a payment confirmation email, or you’ve deleted the email, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to assist you.
• Zelle/Venmo/CashApp: payments are processed within 1-2 business days. If it has been over 2 business days, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
• Crypto (BTC): payments are processed the next business day. If it has been over 1 business day, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
