What is the status of my payment?

We’ve got you covered when it comes to payments! Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take anywhere from 24 hours up to 1 week to process. This is because the transaction process goes through a number of steps to get from one bank account to another:

• CashApp/Zelle/Venmo: payments are processed the next business day. If it’s been over 1 business day, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
• Crypto: payments are processed the next business day. If it’s been over 1 business day, please contact [email protected] to make sure there are no issues with the name on your order matching your payment.
• Credit Card: Most credit card payments will show up in our system within 1-2 business days from the day it is taken from your account.
• ACH: payments take 3-5 business days to process (not including weekends).
